Yes, I know, I haven’t posted the lineup in advance of a day or two as I usually do — it’s not that I can’t be bothered, au contraire, but I’ve been sick since Monday, and didn’t feel like writing anything on this blog. Sorry.

Rob Moffat decided that for tonight clash with Munster at Murrayfield (kick off 8 PM — 9 PM CET) Mossy can be back on the pitch (he didn’t play last weekend, he was pulled last minute because he was sick with a viral infection — not oinkfluenza, though — so hopefully he feels better than I do, now, as if I were to kick even a table tennis ball right now I reckon it wouldn’t  go as far as 3 metres. And I’m being optimistic here.), Wee Ben also returns to centre along with Nick De Luca and John Houston moves to the wing. Though Ally Hogg has been dropped — replaced by Scott Newlands — after having been dropped from the Scotland squad, too, and I still don’t get it, I mean the Scotland thing, I’m afraid.

Do we trust Rob? Sure we do. Even if the last few games were a little on the blah side. Just a wee little. No, I mean, nothing really dramatic. I would’ve pulled my hair, curly lock by curly lock (and I’ve got plenty, so that it would’ve been a long and painful torture), rather than see all that happen, but, well, it happened and no hair pulling can erase and rewind the past weeks now, so I’ll keep my curls on my head if you don’t mind.

Anyway, someday someone must explain to me why Mossy has an aubergine-shaped head (or is it just antibiotics are making me see things?) in this picture:
